Last week I talked about my 5K and shared some couch to 5K planner stickers, in keeping with fitness, I thought I would share some 30 day ab challenge stickers this week! Now, I looked at a number of programs and they all get crazy by the 30th day, crazy. But I am up for the challenge, in fact, I am in the second week! I added a 31st day just in case you are in a month with 31 days but for the most part this mimics those plans. Check it out!
As with most of my free printables, you will want to right click and save as the picture. Then go into Cricut Design Space and upload the photo, delete the background and save as a print then cut. For this one there was an extra step, instead of just making it 5.5 inches wide, I turned it on it’s side and made it 8.5 inches tall and then changed the width to 5.5 inches. It makes the stickers much longer and skinnier than they are in the image below and you certainly can print them at the standard 5.5 inches wide, but I liked the slimmer look so I can fit more things in my planner. This one has options!
