Yup, that cycle. Yes ladies, it may not be our favorite time of the month, but it is a big part of life so we might as well make the best of it, right? I love this fun little cycle survival kit I put together each month as a fun little surprise right when I need it. This is the perfect kind of thing to put together right at the end of your cycle so it is all ready for the next time around, but of course there are some essentials so let’s get started!
I picked all these fun little items at Walgreens which is super convenient as it is right by my house and my work.
I kind of rotate some things around, but there is a basic formula to the ultimate cycle survival kit. First, however, you need a cute little bag- I love this chevron one and it was only $2 at Walgreens!
Next up, I always need a salty snack and a sweet snack. I usually eat them together but they always have to be there.
Then of course there are the essentials. I love the U by Kotex Curves® and U by Kotex® Lightdays Liners because some surprises just aren’t necessary. Plus I love the fun colors of the packages and there is a couple of coupons on the Ibotta savings app for smart phones! You can check out one for the U by Kotex Curves® and one for the U by Kotex® Lightdays Liners.
Lastly, I always like to include a treat, this can change each month between lip gloss and nail polish to a bath bomb to a coffee house gift card and so on. Just something fun that you will probably forget about before you go back to your survival kit the next month.
Once you have gathered everything, I like to just roam my Walgreens because there is just so much good stuff all over the store, then it is time to put it together!
I love the way it all fits in the fun little bag, perfect to toss in my various caddies in my car to make sure I always have my cycle survival kit when I need it!
