Who doesn’t love putting together a gift basket, especially for a baby shower! Even if you have no interest in having kids of your own, you have to admit shopping for little clothes, bottles, bibs and cups is such a fun break from reality. Add in the fact that Disney now has a line of Disney Baby products available at Walmart and we have officially combined two amazing things- Disney and babies. That is a match made in heaven if I ever heard one! Here is the basket I put together for my daughter’s teacher’s daughter… wait, huh? Avery’s teacher is going to be a grandma again and I am so excited to give her this basket!
I went with a feeding basket because I feel like cups, utensils, bibs and so on are things you can NEVER EVER have too many of with children. If I ever ran out of anything with my daughter it was these things so I figure even if she gets a lot of them, she will use them all. Plus mine are covered with Disney Princesses so naturally will be the most beloved. Here is a look at everything I picked up.
I was able to find everything easily in the baby section at Walmart and just looked for all my favorite characters with the green Disney Baby castle in the corner. Sweet!
For the basket itself I wanted to also pick up something that could be useful so I grabbed a plain white storage basket that could be used for anything and first filled it in with tissue paper in princess colors of course.
At this point you have two options, you can fill it up with everything still in the package like this basket:
Or, sometimes things fit better when you take a couple things out of the package and here is a look at how that basket comes out:
What is your favorite Disney Baby basket filler for baby showers?
