Minnie Mouse Monogram Craft

We had so much fun at Avery’s birthday party! And when I throw parties, I ALWAYS have a craft, it is just what I prefer. I find it challenging to try and orchestrate too much at birthday parties for young kids, so this is easier for people to do when it works for them.

For Avery’s Minnie Mouse birthday, I thought up this cute little monogram hanging craft. Everyone got to chose a color and personalize it and it was almost another favor!

This was also a really affordable project because there were 30+ kids and I spent less than a dollar per project. I also have a bunch left over! I cut my boards to 3.5″-5.5″, perfect for a little plaque to hang on a door knob or somewhere else.

Then everyone got to pick a color and paint the board.

I mixed glue with all the paint at the craft table so that after they painted the board, they could just stick the dots on and they would stay there.

Last, they added their first initial, I had them all precut and available on the table.  A chipboard letter would work great here too if you didn’t have a Cricut.

Last, I just drilled a couple of holes, added some eye hooks and ribbon, and done!
