You must think I forget everything with all these message boards, calendars, to do lists and so on.
here is how I did it.
- Old frame
- Mod Podge
- Fabric to fit frame
- Dry erase marker
First I took everything apart
A common step on this blog.
Next add the fabric FRONT side DOWN to the Mod Podge. When you pour out way more than you needed like I did then it soaks through and saves you the step of applying it again. Just squish out all the extra to the edges.
Now it is done! It is all ready to have messages written on it with any standard dry erase marker- or for a more smudge resistant, but still temporary message, use an overhead marker that wipes away with a damp cloth.
Of course you could also (and I probably will) make ones that fit any decor like a white pattern fabric with a black glitter frame or white glitter with turquoise fabric… anything really.
