I have been having a lot of fun with glitter in my fall decorating- but who wouldn’t have fun with glitter?!!? I have a ton of these pumpkins in my fall decorating box so I decided to do a different glitter technique that was inspired by one I saw in a magazine.
Basically they made a design on the pumpkins with a stencil and added glitter- I barely had time to read all the steps let alone go through them myself. Here is my quick and easy version:
What you need:
Pumpkins (real or fake)
Tacky Glue
Glitter
First I got out my pumpkins, I had painted these last year and thought the yellow would really pop in my new bathroom.
I took the Tacky Glue and made a swirl design over the surface of both pumpkins.
Then added the glitter- I used one in the color of the walls to play of the scheme of the bathroom and have a little fun, but of course a more subdued color would be pretty too.
Then I played around with where they would go in the bathroom…

AH! I love them!!! Such a colorful way to decorate for Fall! Love the glitter girl!
